- ➤ Aqua America's water branch Aqua Illinois is being sold in a merger between American Water Works and Essential Utilities that is set to close by the end of the first quarter, and operations will continue normally until the deal is final. - ➤ Engelbert Humperdinck will perform his holiday show A Winter World of Love: A Night of Holiday Classics & Greatest Hits at the Rialto Square Theatre in downtown Joliet on Dec. 5.
