HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ Dr. Susan Buchanan from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Public Health said lead paint in old houses is the main cause of harmful lead exposure in children—water is not a major factor as kids would have to drink an extreme amount to be affected. New state policy adds 180 ZIP codes for lead testing to help keep children safe. Herald-News
