- ➤ Danielle Duhoski of New Lenox fought nearly two months to regain her 2012 Ford Expedition after it was seized by police during a hit-and-run investigation involving her ex-boyfriend; she paid fees to New Lenox and Superior Towing until a judge dismissed the forfeiture case on June 11, allowing her to use the vehicle without restrictions.
