Garner Food Company announced on April 4th that it recalled Texas Pete Habanero Buffalo Sauce and Texas Pete Sweet CHAbanero Sauce after inspectors found labeling issues that put people with sulfite allergies at risk and left an ingredient off the label. The bottles were shipped between February and March to 10 states—including Illinois—and customers are advised to return the products for a refund or dispose of them. WGN-TV
