Joliet City Council approved a drive-thru for an upcoming Culver’s restaurant at the Rock Run Collection near the I-55 and Route 59 interchange.

The new eatery will join a Chipotle and planned businesses like Chick-fil-A and Ricky Rockets Fuel Center in the 310-acre mixed-use development.

Joliet approved the conditional annexation of 795 acres on the east side for a proposed data center campus.
