- ➤ The ABBA Tribute will perform a sing-along at Rialto Square Theatre on Saturday, Feb. 21, with tickets starting at $24.50, and the Joliet Symphony Orchestra will present its 'Made in America' concert at Moser Performing Arts Center later that day. Herald-News

- ➤ FDA recalled Rosabella Moringa Capsules sold in 60-count bottles after salmonella infections were reported in Illinois and six other states. Consumers are urged to discard any affected bottles and contact Ambrosia Brands during business hours. FOX 32

- ➤ The Kankakee boys’ basketball team pulled ahead of Joliet West with a 65–52 win on Wednesday night in Joliet. Photos captured Lincoln Williams’ key dunk that sparked the team’s second-half surge. Herald-News
- ➤ Minooka won 61-28 over Joliet West on Tuesday to secure a spot in Thursday's regional championship game. Senior Madelyn Kiper scored 19 points while sophomore Sadie Webb added 14 on the home court. Herald-News
- ➤ Seventy-eight area wrestlers, including Lockport's Justin Wardlow, Coal City's Brody Widlowski and Joliet Catholic's Jason Hampton, will compete this weekend for state medals at the State Farm Center in Champaign. They hope to secure their fourth medal in a tournament that brings local talent together. Herald-News
- ➤ Morris overcame an early deficit to win 44+32 in the IHSA Class 3A regional semifinal at Toepke Gym on Tuesday and now will face top seed Metamora in Friday's championship game. Herald-News
