- ➤ Rialto Square Theatre has announced its 2026 Reels at the Rialto series with classic and family films starting Feb. 26 and running until Oct. 29 — the theatre will pause screenings during its summer HVAC renovation. Tickets cost $5 and are sold at the box office in downtown Joliet. Herald-News

- ➤ Nazareth football players saw several offers from Power 4 schools and commitments after a close state semifinal loss—junior offensive lineman Injaychock holds offers from multiple top universities while receiver Walker committed to Murray State. The players train intensively now as they prepare for next season's state title run. Herald-News
- ➤ Bishop McNamara won a 60-36 regional semifinal against Reed-Custer on Monday, Feb. 16 as strong defense kept the score low. The team will host the regional championship against Joliet Catholic tomorrow (at home). Herald-News
- ➤ Abby Dulinsky scored her 1000th point in Monday's 72-26 win over Beecher, pushing the Angels into the Class 2A regional final as they prepare to clash with Bishop Mac on Thursday at 7 p.m. Herald-News
- ➤ Joliet West beat Joliet Central 71-41 in a boys basketball game on Tuesday night at their local gym. Abrey Robinson led the team with a strong shot that helped secure the win. Herald-News
