  • Officer Tyrell Hundley will open the Rage Cage in March or April at 173 N. Chicago St., converting his former Joliet Kreamers store into a 2,000 sqft space with four stress-relief rooms. Customers can break TVs + glass for $45 per 25 minutes.  Herald-News
  • The Joliet Chamber will host its 2026 Annual Awards Dinner on Feb. 24 to honor 2025 winners including Rialto Square Theatre and Hollywood Casino. The event is at the Renaissance Center (214 N. Ottawa St.) and tickets cost $60 with reservations due by Feb. 19.  Herald-News

  • Today, the Joliet Diocese held a special Mass at St. Raymond Nonnatus Cathedral to honor New York Archbishop‐designate Ronald Hicks as parishioners prayed for him; he will soon depart for New York and be installed on Feb. 6 at St. Patrick Cathedral.  ABC7 Chicago
